Everything you need to know before your first class.

Yes, if you arrive within the first 5 minutes of class you are welcome to join. However, it is your responsibility to check in with your instructor after class to confirm your attendance. If you arrive after 5 minutes, doors will be closed and entry will not be permitted.

Members may cancel up to 12hrs before class start time to retain their credit.
Cancellations made within 12hrs of class start are considered late cancellations and are subject to a $15 fee and loss of credit. Please refer to your booking confirmation for full details.

If you do not attend a booked class and have not cancelled prior to the start time, this will be recorded as a no-sho. No shows result in loss of credit and a $20 fee. We recommend cancelling as early as possible if you are unable to attend.

All of our classes welcome beginners. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance so you can move at your own pace. For more information on which class suits your best, please visit our class description.

Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. For Pilates and Yoga, grip socks are required. For heel dance classes, dancing heels are encouraged

All classes are booked through our Schedule page. You'll create a free account and can manage all your bookings there.

Absolutely. This studio was created as a safe, affirming space for everyone, irrespective of your colour, race or ethnicity. All bodies, backgrounds, and fitness levels are warmly welcomed.
